    • HALO HEAT is a controlled, uniform heat source gently surrounding food for better appearance, fresh-cooked taste, and longer holding life.
    • Roll-In Pan Cart (trolley) is designed for maximum capacity and is completely interchangeable with the Combitherm® Combination Oven/Steamer electric model 12-20 or gas model 10-20
    • Up to twenty-four full-size pans or twelve sheet pans.
    • Accommodates European gastronorm 1/1 and 2/1 pans.
    • Available in a stationary or mobile cabinet design.
    • Motionless air inside cabinet prevents transfer of flavours, retains more product moisture, and preserves color.
    • Close temperature tolerance, along with even heat distribution, maintains an ideal serving temperature throughout the cabinet.
