Garden Centres

One sector which has seen considerable growth and development despite (possibly even due) to the economic downturn is that of Garden Centres and in-house food operations at these venues. It appears that as more traditional leisure venues have had to work hard to retain visitor numbers some of the Garden Centres have become leisure destinations in their own right.

In some of the larger facilities the food offerings go far beyond the traditional tea & sandwiches. Equip Line have installed a number of high end ‘Beech’ wood ovens into design led full projects for these operations, providing the capability for stone baked pizzas and a whole lot more. These totally customisable ovens are installed front of house and add real visual ‘theatre’ to the restaurant as well as extending the menu offerings.
