The compact versatility and energy efficiency of FRIMA’s groundbreaking VarioCooking Center will be demonstrated at Hospitality 2011 on stand 550.  Visitors will be able to watch the futuristic VCC112+ in action and see how, within a footprint of less than one square metre, it offers all the functions of bratt, kettle and titling pans, fryer, griddle, pasta boiler and pressure cooker. 

Frequent demonstrations also highlight the VCC’s speed: being up to 50% faster than conventional cooking equipment it has a huge impact on the efficiency of the kitchen.

"These days almost every kitchen has space and budget restrictions - that's why multi-function equipment is so popular," says Ben Gourgues, head of UK marketing at FRIMA. 

"It's realistic to expect energy savings of up to 40% from the VarioCooking Centre, compared to cooking with standard equipment," he adds.  “But the savings don’t stop there: it not only costs less to buy one VarioCooking Center than several traditional pieces of equipment, it also costs less to run, maintain and clean.” 

Another seemingly small point - one customer pointed out that he would save 25 litres of washing up liquid per week using the FRIMA! That’s because only a very few drops are necessary per clean, which is good for the environment too.
