Hot Smoked Foods Experience a Revival in Popularity

Stunning results were again obtained from the Alto-Shaam Cook & Hold Smoker Oven during recent tests.

The well known tenderising properties of Alto-Shaam Cook & Hold Ovens produced meltingly tender chickens, half chickens, racks of ribs, and beef during a recent customer demonstration.

Almost anyone can fashion a smoke system, but the tender burnished dark bronzed chicken particularly reminded the Equip Line team why it's worth customers investing in one of our Cook & Hold Smoker Ovens.

You would also be in good company - it is well known that Hard Rock has used them worldwide for many years, but less well known - because we haven't let anyone know about them(!) - is that Daniel Boulud has two, and HB will have one, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London.

We have an Open Day on Tuesday 30th November 11am-4pm - our last before Christmas. We will be featuring Whole Smoked Turkey, Slabs of baby back ribs, beef ribs, and chicken halves and quarters - and anything else we can fit in!
