From 11am we feature

Alto Shaam, so come for a spot of lunch and sample Hot Roast Beef & Caramel Onions on griddled Ciabattas, with Horseradish Mayo

And from Beech Ovens the griddled ciabatas for the Roast Beef Sandwich, and our fresh rustic Stone-Baked pizzas - especially our 4 P's - Prawn, Pesto, Pine Nut & Parmesan - is it rich or what?! It is, but also very delicious. Or choose the milder tomato and mozzarella or both!

Or, if you are short of time, come at 2pm for the Frima VarioCooking session.

Bring an appetite! We'll be demonstrating a number of cook modes all immediately following each other so you can see the speed to change cook modes, the simplicity, speed, and ease of cleaning, and the sheer versatility of this soon-to-be-essential, innovative, labour saving, and cost-effective piece of kitchen equipment which also has been approved by the Carbon Trust.

All from scratch, we'll be cooking a whole ham joint, boiling potatoes, blanching other vegetables, making béchamel sauce, cooking Pasta, searing chicken pieces, finishing a chicken, mushroom and pasta making semolina milk pudding (with Jam!), pan frying steaks, chicken escallops, sautéing potatoes, rechauffe of vegetables!

Come alone or with colleagues: if you need collecting from Uxbridge Station, or Slough Station, just let us know when you register to join us and we'll send someone to pick you up (and take you back).  By car: plenty of car park spaces available - our own, so free of charge.
