  • Accommodates European gastronorm 1/1 and 2/1 pans.
  • Available in a stationary or mobile cabinet design.
  • Motionless air inside cabinet prevents transfer of flavours, retains more product moisture, and preserves color.
  • Close temperature tolerance, along with even heat distribution, maintains an ideal serving temperature throughout the cabinet.
  • Adjustable, electronic thermostat with digital display, to monitor inside air temperature.
  • Uses one-third to one-half the energy of conventional holding equipment.
  • Non-magnetic stainless steel interior resists corrosion.
