Preventive Maintenance Contract
When warranty expires on equipment you have purchased from Equip Line, you will be offered the option to take out a Preventive Maintenance Contract with our sister service company, Tec Line Ltd.
Tec Line is a long established service provider, dedicated to supporting the leading Brands of equipment sold by Equip Line.
Tec Line is GasSafe Registered and Safe Contractor Approved
All engineers are all fully employed by Tec Line, which rarely uses sub-contractors ? when they do, sub-contractors are obliged to supply proof of the same levels of Insurance cover and be trained on the equipment.
Ad-Hoc service can be obtained 7 days per week for unexpected breakdowns, but for those customers who want to prevent breakdowns or just prove Due Diligence, we offer Preventive Maintenance Contracts to suit your operation and equipment.
As a consequence each Contract is tailored to needs and can not only include ensuring the optimum physical condition of the equipment, refresher on-site staff training can be built in, provided by highly qualified Training Managers.
Preventive Maintenance for Older Equipment
Not many companies offer this, but Tec Line does because we are confident we supply only the best quality equipment.
The way it works is that when you express an interest, one of our senior engineers visits your restaurant to check out the equipment: they find out exactly what condition the equipment is in, and prepare a quotation to replace any spare parts that the engineer feels is necessary.
If you accept the quotation and have signed the Preventive Maintenance Contract, the labour and travel costs to fit the parts is free-of-charge: you will then receive the number of visits agreed, and receive a preferential rate for interim breakdown calls.
